After attending the Guild awards a few weeks ago I set myself a goal to achieve a Gold award this year. The Guild runs monthly competitions and images are awarded classified, bronze, silver or gold. Last year I received my first silver award and it has really pushed me to be more creative. I am so thrilled with this and now my brain is buzzing with so many ideas!

Back from a great weekend at @theguildofphotograph

Back from a great weekend at @theguildofphotographers awards. My first year attending and I am so proud to have one of my images in the top 10 newborn image of the year! I also achieved my photographers bar, had a fantastic mentoring session and attended a great workshop with @clarelongphotography Not to mention meeting so many amazing, talented people who made me feel so welcome. I even learnt some new tricks in Uno! All in all a very successful weekend.
