What shall I pack in my hospital bag?
Packing your hospital bag is a really exciting part of your pregnancy, it means you are not far off meeting your little one! But knowing what to pack can be overwhelming.
From past experience, and chatting to lots of new mums, here are a few tips on what to pack.
When should I pack my hospital bag?
Your baby might arrive early so it is a good idea to pack your bag 4-6 weeks before your due date.
As well as having your hospital bag packed, it is a good idea to have your car seat ready, so you can bring your little one home.

Local groups in Medway
When I had my first daughter, 8 years ago, I attended the local childrens centre. It was the most valuable thing I did. It got me out of the house, a chance to chat to mums who understood what I was going through and I made friends for life.
There are so many fantastic pregnancy and baby groups around Kent and Medway. Most have spent the last year running online classes and have provided a great community and support for many women. Now that lots will be preparing to reopen and offer face to face classes, I would like to share a few that I recommend checking out.
